Dynamic Health is excited to be part of the 3rd Annual Greater Charlotte Health & Fitness Expo. Presented by Novant Health, the Health & Fitness Expo is the area’s premiere healthy living super-show!
All of the Expo favorites will be back, including aisles of healthy living vendors, multiple stages of fitness activities (wear your workout gear!), educational seminars, healthy cooking demonstrations, samples, health screenings and much more! All seminars and classes are lead by experts in health, fitness and nutrition!
Pay $5.00 at the door (Kids under 12 get in free) or download your free ticket here. Bring your Saturday ticket stub back to the expo on Sunday and receive free admission! Our pain management clinic will be in attendance, performing health screenings and spinal analyses for attendees.

The Charlotte Health & Fitness Expo 4 Miler!
Kick off your 2015 Running Season with the Greater Charlotte Health & Fitness Expo 4 Miler, presented by the Charlotte Running Club and part of the 2015 Resolution Race Series. This Inaugural Race originates from the Park Expo & Conference Center and travels through the historic streets of Charlotte’s Chantilly neighborhood.
Options include a four-mile race, a two-person relay option and a kids fun run! Registration fees include a race t-shirt and admission to the Greater Charlotte Health & Fitness Expo presented by Novant Health! Visit the official site for race details and registration information.
